Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCH OD173/174 (1st visit)

Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCH arrived in Adelaide at 0705ACST on RWY23 as OD173 from Denpasar, Bali and then the aircraft departed back to Denpasar at 0828ACST as OD174. The aircraft is 4.7 years old which delivered to Batik Air Indonesia on 01/09/2014 as PK-LDL and then re-registered to Malindo Air on 06/09/2016. This marked as Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCH first ever visit Adelaide since their inaugural flight.  

Since the inaugural flight, we've already got 9M-LCC, 9M-LCD 9M-LCG, 9M-LNV and now 9M-LCH first visit and looking forward to seeing more Malindo Boeing 737-800 registration blocks to Adelaide in the future.

Royal Flying Doctor Service Pilatus PC-24 VH-FMP Completes Delivery Flight to Adelaide

Royal Flying Doctor Service latest Pilatus PC-24 VH-FMP arrived in Adelaide Int'l (ADL/YPAD) from Broome Int'l (BME/YBRM) completes its delivery flight to Royal Flying Doctor Service.

The aircraft will be based in Adelaide and according to flight trackers, the aircraft routed from Bouches (BXO/LSZC)-Middle East-Chennai Int'l (MAA/VOMM)-Singapore Changi Int'l (SIN/WSSS)-Broome Int'l (BME/YBRM)-Adelaide Int'l (ADL/YPAD).

This marked as Royal Flying Doctor Service Pilatus PC-24 VH-FMP first visit to Adelaide and the aircraft will be undergoing some checks as well as training flights before entering to service.

Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LNV OD173/174 (1st visit)

Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LNV arrived in Adelaide at 0713ACST on RWY23 as OD173 from Denpasar, Bali and then the aircraft departed back to Denpasar at 0822ACST as OD174. The aircraft is 3.5 years old which delivered to Malindo Air back in 2015. This marked as Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LNV first ever visit Adelaide since their inaugural flight. This also marked as first ever visit of Malindo Air Boeing 737-800 with their own livery not re-registered aircraft from Batik air with Batik air's livery   

Since the inaugural flight, we've already got 9M-LCC, 9M-LCD, 9M-LCG first visit and now 9M-LNV will look forward to seeing more Malindo Boeing 737-800 registration blocks to Adelaide in the future.

Qatar Airways Airbus A350-941 A7-ALZ (OneWorld livery) with Qsuites on-board (1st visit)

Qatar Airways Airbus A350-941 A7-ALZ  arrived into Adelaide from Doha, Qatar at 1624ACST RWY23 as 'QR914'. The aircraft then departed back to Doha, Qatar at 2211ACST RWY23 as 'QR915'.This marked as Qatar Airways A7-ALZ with OneWorld first ever visit Adelaide as well as Australia. This also marked as second ever time Qatar Airways send their Airbus A350-900 configured with Qsuites on-board to Adelaide as well as Australia. 

Qatar Airways had just announced that they will upgrade from their normal Airbus A350-900 Business Class into Qsuites configured A350-900 in October so we should be able to see this aircraft in the near future.

Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCC arrived in Adelaide at 0721ACST on RWY23 as OD173 from Denpasar, Bali and then the aircraft departed back to Denpasar at 0832ACST as OD174. The aircraft is 4.2 years old which delivered to Batik Air Indonesia on 18/05/2016 as PK-LDE and then re-registered to Malindo Air on 31/05/2016. This marked as Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCC first ever visit Adelaide since their inaugural flight.  

Since the inaugural flight, we've already got 9M-LCC, 9M-LCD and 9M-LCG first visit and looking forward to seeing more Malindo Boeing 737-800 registration blocks to Adelaide in the future.

Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCG arrived in Adelaide at 0631ACST on RWY23 as OD173 from Denpasar, Bali and then the aircraft departed back to Denpasar at 0808ACST as OD174. This marked as Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCG first ever visit Adelaide since their inaugural flight.

Inaugural Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCD at Adelaide airport (1st Visit)

Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCD was the aircraft operated the inaugural flight to Adelaide today. The aircraft arrived at 0603ACST on RWY05 as OD173 from Denpasar, Bali and then the aircraft departed back to Denpasar at 0826ACST as OD174. This marked as Malindo Air Boeing 737-8GP 9M-LCD first ever visit Adelaide as well as the first time ever Malindo Air Boeing 737-800 in Adelaide. Malindo Air also becomes the 9th international airline to fly to Adelaide and Adelaide is also becoming Malindo Air's fourth destinations in Australia. 

The airline will be operating 4 flights per week: Kuala Lumpur (KUL) - Denpasar, Bali (DPS) - Adelaide (ADL) with the mix between Boeing 737-800s and 737-900s.

Singapore Airlines Airbus A350-941 9V-SHE (1st Visit)

Singapore Airlines Airbus A350-941 9V-SHE arrived from Singapore 0707ACST RWY05 as 'SQ279'. The aircraft then departed back to Singapore at 0915ACST RWY05 as 'SQ278'. This marked as 9V-SHE first ever visit Adelaide as well as Australia. This was also 9V-SHE's first revenue flight after being delivered to Singapore Airlines for about a week, 9V-SHE delivered to Singapore Airlines on the 6th of April 2019.

Air New Zealand Boeing 787-9 ZK-NZN (1st visit)

Air New Zealand Boeing 787-9 ZK-NZN arrived Adelaide from Auckland at 1024ACDT as NZ191 and departed back to Auckland at 1149ACDT as NZ192. ZK-NZN was delivered to Air New Zealand on the 16th of September 2018. This marked ZK-NZN first ever visit Adelaide.

Malaysia Airlines Airbus A330-223 9M-MTU (Ex. Air Berlin) Adelaide diversion (1st visit)

Malaysia Airlines Airbus A330-223 9M-MTU diverted to Adelaide due to a medical emergency on board. The aircraft arrived in Adelaide at around 0211ACDT 'RWY05' when it was en-route from Auckland to Kuala Lumpur as MH130 but unfortunately, the aircraft had to stay on Adelaide ground for nearly 8 hours due to the crew issue. The aircraft continued its journey to Kuala Lumpur as the same flight number as MH130 at 1001ACDT 'RWY05'.

 Unfortunately, the cabin crew on-board flight MH130 had to stay in Adelaide and cabin crews which will fly on flight MH136 back to Kuala Lumpur must fly back to KUL on-board flight MH130 from Adelaide to Kuala Lumour. Malaysia Airlines flight MH136 had to delay until 1900ACDT later in the evening when the cabin crew on-board MH130 had enough rest before flying back to Kuala Lumpur on that flight. 

This marked as the second ever Malaysia Airlines Airbus A330-200 ever visit Adelaide. The last visit was back in 2010 when 9M-MKV operated instead of normal Boeing 777-200ER flight to Adelaide
