Virgin Australia Airbus A330-243 VH-XFC diverted to Adelaide

Virgin Australia Airbus A330-243 VH-XFC  diverted to Adelaide due to strong crosswind and bad weather in Melbourne. The aircraft arrived in Adelaide at around 1829ACDT as VA686 and then stay overnight in Adelaide then the aircraft departed back to Melbourne at 1020ACDT as VA9902.

Singapore Airlines Airbus A380-841 9V-SKG Adelaide diversion (1st Visit)

Singapore Airlines Airbus A380-841 9V-SKG  diverted to Adelaide due to strong wind and bad weather in Melbourne. The aircraft arrived in Adelaide at around 2146ACDT 'RWY23' as SQ217 and then continued its journey to Melbourne at 2325ACDT 'RWY23' as SQ217. This also marked as Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 first ever visit Adelaide and we haven't got any Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 diversion in the last couple of years, the other A380 diversion was Qantas, Emirates and Etihad.

China Southern Airlines Airbus A330-323 B-8359 diverted to Adelaide 1st visit

China Southern Airlines Airbus A330-323 diverted to Adelaide due to strong wind and bad weather in Melbourne, as well as Singapore Airlines A380 and Virgin Australia A330-243. The aircraft arrived in Adelaide at around 2129ACDT as CZ343 and then continued its journey to Melbourne at 2245ACDT as CZ343.

Icelandair(Captain Choice) Boeing 757-27B TF-FIW 'Albert Ballin' Livery on World Tour 1st visit Adelaide

Icelandair(Captain Choice) Boeing 757-27B TF-FIW arrived to Adelaide from Hobart at 1019ACDT as Fl1900. This marked as TF-FIW first ever visit Adelaide. TF-FIW was scheduled to Adelaide before but due to some reason, they changed their schedule to Perth.

Business Aviation Service Guernsey Boeing 737-73W (BBJ) 2-BASG "Phil Collins" on-board 1st visit to Adelaide

 Business Aviation Service Guernsey Boeing 737-73W (BBJ) 2-BASG "Phil Collins" on-board arrived into Adelaide at 1355ACDT from Sydney. The aircraft departed to Perth on the 26th at 1335ACDT. This also marked as 2-BASG first ever visit Adelaide.

Qantas Airbus A330-202 VH-EBG visits Adelaide

Qantas Airbus A330-202 VH-EBG arrived Adelaide from Sydney at 1241ACDT as QF741 and departed back to Sydney at 1421ACDT as QF736. Qantas's A330s doesn't come to Adelaide very often, the reason for this surprising flight was because of "The Down Under" which occurred in Adelaide to add more capacity for the fans.

Qantas Airbus A330-303 VH-QPH arrived Adelaide from Melbourne at 1209ACDT as QF683 and departed back to Melbourne at 1337ACDT as QF686. Qantas's A330s don't come to Adelaide very often, the reason for this surprising flight was because of "The Down Under" which occurred in Adelaide to add more capacity for the fans.

Qantas Airbus A330-202 VH-EBD arrived Adelaide from Sydney at 1119ACDT as QF741 and departed back to Sydney at 1236ACDT as QF736. Qantas's A330s doesn't come to Adelaide very often, the reason for this surprising flight was because of "The Down Under" which occurred in Adelaide to add more capacity for the fans.

Air New Zealand Boeing 777-319(ER) ZK-OKQ "All Black Livery" 1st visit Adelaide

Air New Zealand Boeing 777-319(ER) ZK-OKQ arrived Adelaide from Auckland at 1046ACDT as NZ191 and departed back to Auckland at 1220ACDT as NZ192. This marked ZK-OKQ All Black Livery first ever visit Adelaide as well as Air New Zealand first ever visit with their own livery on 77W, the last ANZ 77W visit was their leased Eva Air Boeing 777-35E(ER) ZK-OKT back in 2018.

The other All Black Livery visit was their Being 777-200ER ZK-OKH and Boeing 787-9 ZK-NZE.

Emirates Boeing 777-36N(ER) A6-ECC "2020 Expo Blue Livery" 1st visit Adelaide

Emirates Boeing 777-36N(ER) A6-ECC arrived Adelaide from Dubai at 2040ACDT as EK440 and departed back to Dubai at 2242ACDT as EK441. This marked A6-ECC Expo 2020 Blue Livery first ever visit Adelaide, the last visit with Expo 2020 Special Livery was back in 2018 when A6-ECD made its first visit with Expo 2020 Orange Livery to Australia.

Qatar Airways Airbus A350-941 A7-ALK Overnight Delay at Adelaide airport

Qatar Airways Airbus A350-941 A7-ALK arrived on Wednesday afternoon as QR914. It was not clear whether this was due to technical issue or a crew issue. The aircraft then departed back to Doha the next day afternoon as QR915D

Air New Zealand Boeing 777-219(ER) ZK-OKH arrived in Adelaide at 10:32ACDT as NZ191 and departed back to Auckland at 12:02ACDT as NZ192. This also marked ZK-OKH first appearance in Adelaide with its new All Black Livery.
