Emirates Boeing 777-31H(ER) A6-ECV made another visit Adelaide replaces usual Boeing 777-200LR

Emirates Boeing 777-31H(ER) A6-ECV arrived in Adelaide from Dubai Intl (DXB) at 1939ACST RWY05 as EK440. After resting in Adelaide for about 2 hours, the aircraft then departed back to Dubai Intl (DXB) at 2146ACST RWY05 as EK441.

Emirates used to operate daily Adelaide with their Boeing 777-300ER but due to low demand and they're unable to continue operating with Boeing 777-300ER so they have downgraded into a smaller version of Boeing 777-300ER which is the Boeing 777-200LR.

Luckily today, due to high demand of passenger going to Europe during the winter season in Australia so Emirates has upgraded today's flight from their -200LR version to -300ER version today. Emirates will be upgrading from Boeing 777-200LR to -300ER for two more days on the 28th and 29th this month which will be on Friday and Saturday this week.
